Just received today 2/21/2025. These are really pretty and for the price, as a set, was a win. Even if they only lasted a one or two day wear. The box they came in was a sturdy little box and was not damaged. The bracelet and necklace came undamaged and are very nice looking. However, the earrings were apparently damaged or already damaged when placing them in the box. I notified customer service. All I wanted was a replacement of just the earrings, as I needed this set for this weekend and figured I’d go out of my way to go shopping for some earrings to match. But I have to send the whole set back, order another and then wait up to 30 days for refund. Amazon has just changed so much in the way of really great customer service, relations annd service. And this is why I’m even reluctant to buy into anymore of the prime. My husband has it but I’m not doing it. I can shop TEMU and probably get better customer service. That’s my opinion only.
